Very fun after all the years great place to dance and let your hair down older crowd gets a little younger as it gets later our group had a blast there waitresses were perfect

My most favorite and cherished bar. Everyone behind the scenes is amazing and so friendly. Is great that the owner Denny hangs out with the crowd. I've NEVER been to a more chill, happy, drama free bar in Des Moines. Keep us dancing Denny Arthur's!

I've heard so many things about this place, but no one mentioned how much fun it actually is. Very friendly atmosphere, tons of dancing, strong drinks, plenty of tables, quick service, mixed crowd. I haven't been to a bar in that area of Des Moines with that much energy in well over a decade.

We love this place for country dancing on Friday nights. It's an older crowd which is perfect for us, they play DJ music, mostly "oldies" and usually the same folks are there. They have "Happy Hour" from 6pm to 7pm with good prices. No food service though they do allow you to bring some in if you want.

Effing love this place. Everyone dances no matter how bad you are. Good tunes. Servers have always been good to me. But I tip, so maybe you should too. I'm gonna frequent this place until I keel over.

This is my favorite place to go on a Friday and Saturday night! Such a fun and amazing place to be!! The waitresses and the bartenders are so sweet and so friendly! It's one of those bars that everyone knows everyone! Thanks Denny for making this the best bar around!

Pleasantly surprised with the lively atmosphere, and extremely kind (and efficient) staff! The dance floor is a huge hit, and the variety of music makes it a fun place to drink, dance and socialize. The prices are unbeatable too!
